Every item on our website comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item on our website within 45 days of purchase. All special order items require a 20% restocking fee.

To return an item, please call one of our trained customer service representatives for a return authorization number. All items require this authorization number. Items must be in "like new" condition, in their original packaging for the return process to be completed. Our returns on electrical parts is at our discretion. Please allow up to 30 days for electrical items to be credited or exchanged. There is a $15 restocking fee per tire for returned tire and wheel combinations for any other reason other than a manufacturers defect.

For information on a replacement or refund of a defective item, please refer to individual warranty for that product.

Steel Works Custom Carts cannot be responsible for any labor expenses that occur from the instillation of any wrong or defective part.

Steel Works Custom Carts pricing is extremely competitive, and our product quality & customer service far surpasses industry standards. Therefore, price matching with online competitors will only be considered if these conditions are met:

   *prices are current, dated, and nationally advertised

   *items being compared must be an exact match (i.e., quality, color, pattern, size)

   *the competitors website must be given prior to price matching

In addition, Steel Works Custom Carts cannot honor manufactures prices. Exclusive merchandise or online auction pricing also cannot be matched.
